What will appear on my credit/debit card statement?

PayPal users should see the description "PayPal *X.* FUNWITHFEE" on their bank statements, and for users of the other payment methods, "EPOCH.COM* FUNWITHFEE"; however, the issuing bank ultimately decides how charges are shown on an account holder's statement.

How do I delete my account?

I can’t upload my images

File Size: Check the size of the images you're attempting to upload. Image Size: Our limit is 2 MB per image. Use https://tinypng.com/ to compress before uploading. Compression Ratio: Aim for a 1% compression ratio for the best balance. File Format: Confirm that the image files are in a supported format (e.g., JPEG, PNG). If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot/Video of the error so we can investigate it further.

I can’t find my account

If you are unable to locate your profile, please contact us via our contact form with the email you signed up with, your shop name, or your transaction ID and we'll be happy to assist you.
